CEA Industries Inc. shares fell 13% to $2.30 after the company reported fourth-quarter revenue that was lower than last year.
The company said it had quarterly revenue of $3.06 million, compared to $3.4 million in the same period last year.
CEA Industries had a fourth-quarter loss of $402,000, compared to last year’s gain of $64,000.
As of Dec. 31, the company had cash of $2.2 million, compared to $2.3 million last year.
CEA Industries said disruptions in the supply chain affected its revenue, largely due to delays at U.S. ports compounded by a reduction in cargo shipped by air, a shortage of containers, and a shortage of domestic truck delivery availability.
