Shares of Surf Air Mobility fell after the company reported second-quarter results and issued full-year outlooks.
The stock fell almost 12%, to $1.26, in after-hours trading.
The company reported pro-forma revenue of $28.3 million, up about 18% from a year earlier. The pro-forma results include revenue generated by Southern Airways, which Surf Air Mobility bought earlier this year.
Pro-forma operating loss was roughly flat from a year ago, at $15.1 million.
For the full year, Surf Air Mobility is forecasting adjusted revenue of $107.5 million to $112.5 million, up 6.9% to 12% from last year.
