Shares of Knightscope Inc., which debuted Thursday on Nasdaq and closed the day 40.9% lower, are trading higher in the after-hours market.
At 5:12 p.m. ET, the company’s shares were trading 9.81% higher at $6.49 each.
The company said it sold 2.2 million shares of its Class A common stock at $10 each in its initial public offering. The stock began trading at $14.44 a share and touched as high as $15.48 a share before finishing the day at $5.91 a share.
Knightscope said it is an advanced security technology company that builds fully autonomous security robots.
