Shares of Boeing BA, -3.67% and Walt Disney DIS, -2.27% are contributing to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday decline, as the Dow DJIA, -0.45% was most recently trading 260 points (0.8%) lower. Boeing’s shares are down $6.55, or 4.4%, while those of Walt Disney are down $3.13, or 2.8%, combining for a roughly 64-point drag on the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the decline include Salesforce Inc. CRM, -2.11%, American Express AXP, -1.95%, and Chevron CVX, -2.60%. A $1 move in any of the index’s 30 components equates to a 6.59-point swing.
