Shares of 3M MMM -1.57% and Honeywell HON -0.66% are contributing to the index’s intraday decline, as the Dow DJIA -0.12% was most recently trading 139 points, or 0.3%, lower.
3M’s shares have declined $2.20, or 1.7%, while those of Honeywell are down $3.10, or 1.5%, combining for a roughly 35-point drag on the Dow.
Also contributing significantly to the decline are Chevron CVX-0.79%, Boeing BA-0.78%, and Salesforce CRM-1.57%.
