Gorilla Technology Group Inc. shares dropped 17% to $16.15 on Tuesday, continuing its decline after it began trading late last week as a combined entity with a special acquisition company.
Gorilla and Global SPAC Partners Co. last Wednesday completed their business combination, with the post-closing company keeping the Gorilla Technology name. The company began trading last week under the ticker GRRR.
Shares plunged 44% to $20.33 midday Monday and dropped to $19.55 at market close.
