SenesTech Inc. shares were down 25% to $1.29 after the company reported a $1.5 million registered direct offering.
SenesTech, maker of ContraPest “birth control for rats,” agreed to sell up to 857,146 shares for $1.75 each, and issue up to 857,146 Series C warrants in a concurrent private placement.
Also on Monday, the company said Los Angeles County made favorable comments about ContraPest results in connection with a request for proposal process.
