The Dow DJIA, -0.55% was most recently trading 79 points lower (-0.2%), as shares of Walmart WMT, -0.50% and American Express AXP, -0.79% are contributing to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday decline. Walmart’s shares have declined $2.05, or 1.5%, while those of American Express have dropped $2.14 (1.4%), combining for an approximately 28-point drag on the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the decline are Goldman Sachs GS, -1.51%, Intel INTC, -2.75%, and 3M MMM, -4.15%. A $1 move in any of the Dow’s 30 components equates to a 6.59-point swing.
